The manuscript for Prodigal is complete at 104,134 stellar words, and the first two chapters freshly sent to a California agent I pitched to during Gateway Writer's Conference two weekends ago. It's time to sit and wait outside the delivery room, pace the floor in anticipation of a healthy baby manuscript that may grow into my third traditionally published novel. It's a departure novel from my series, with all new characters and told solely through the eyes of a 60-year old woman. More to follow about the story while I pace the floors...
